The Town Council is responsible for the establishment and enforcement of the Deed Restrictions for PortHarbor. The purpose of these rules is not to infringe upon anyone's rights, but to provide a community environment where we can all live together. As a result, all potential new tenants must submit a request for consideration of acceptance prior to being allowed to rent space in our community. This request will include information concerning what type of business, product, and/or services will be offered. If it is determined by the Town Council that a particular business may not be appropriate for this community, its request will be denied.
If after establishing a presence in PortHarbor, a tenant breaks the contract, the tenant may have their lease terminated and no refund will be given. PortHarbor is a respectable community where illegal and unethical conduct by vendors will not be tolerated. The Town Council strongly believes in the standards set forth by Netiquettes.
