PortHarbor - PHASE 1

This is the initial and probably the most ambitious undertaking in this whole endeavor. Our plan is to build an Internet community which would be the home for businesses and individuals alike. We hope that people will make us their home page preference upon logging on to the Internet. In this phase, we are laying the ground work for the entire community and establishing the different centers, buildings, and areas.
