Santa's - Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yields: 4 dozen

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (or margarine) softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1- 6oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts

Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips and walnuts at medium speed. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Grease cookie sheets. And drop by rounded spoonfuls 2 inches apart. Bake 10 - 12 min. at 375 F. til lightly browned.
