MATERIALS NEEDED

1. Styrofoam ball's of any size
2. Colored glitter
3. White glue
4. Pipe cleaners

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In small amounts, place glue on the Styrofoam ball
2. Then place glitter on glue
3. Allow to dry and proceed with steps 1-2 until the Styrofoam ball is covered
4. Poke a hole in the top of the Styrofoam ball and place a pipe cleaner in the hole and glue in place
5. Place glitter around where the pipe cleaner was attached to the Styrofoam ball
